Looking for an easy summer dessert that comes together in under 30 minutes with no decorating required? These Oreo S’mores Bars are for you! They are so easy to make, especially if you have kids wanting to help, and they only use 5 ingredients! These are perfect when you’re craving s’mores but don’t want to head outside to make them 🙂
Anytime I’m baking I like to use metal baking pans. In my experience they bake evenly and accurately. My favorite pans are by Bakers Secret and I use their 9×13 pan for this recipe. I also prefer to use Hershey’s milk chocolate but you can easily substitute with dark chocolate, almond chocolate or any other brand you like! I also used jumbo marshmallows for this recipe but feel free to use mini or even marshmallow fluff if that’s what you have on hand!

Oreo S’mores Bars
Ingredients
- 18 graham crackers about 1 cup
- 15 Oreos
- ½ cup butter, melted I use salted but you can use unsalted if you prefer!
- 5 extra large Hershey bars or 8 regular ones
- 24 jumbo marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400° and spray a 9×13 in metal baking pan. Add the Graham crackers and whole Oreos to a food processor. Blend for 30 seconds. Pour in the melted butter and blend until all the pieces are small and resemble the texture of wet sand. Press into the prepared pan and back for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set.
- Remove from the oven and lay Hershey's bars in an even layer on top of the crust. Evenly space marshmallows on top of the chocolate. Return the pan to the oven and bake for 10 minutes, or until the chocolate is melting and the marshmallows are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 3-5 minutes before cutting into slices and serving! I suggest eating them right away but they can be covered and stored at room temperature for 3 days.
